Courier person refused to home deliver, hence I went and collected the parcel on 2nd June from Harohalli. After coming home I opened and could see that the ordered item went missing.
I ordered 3 bottles of honey, 1kg each. However when I opened the parcel I see only 2 bottles of Honey. I checked with the Vendor, he has confirmed he sent 3kgs of Honey.
I don't have a clue where 1 bottle is missing.
On the same day I tried to raise a compliant from Professional Couriers website. ( Website link: https://tpcindia.com/customer-care.aspx) The tool simply not allowing to submit the compliant.
I'm expecting them to address my concern that did somebody opened the parcel and sealed again? In case they are unable to return the missing product, I want them to refund the product value (1kg Honey bottle - rs 367)
