The Professional Couriers — Non delivery of consignment No. BLR[protected]

Consignment Number BLR[protected] sent by Art of Living is not delivered to the Addressee M. Duraiswamy, No. 330, B Block, 1st B Cross, AECS Layout, Kundalahalli, Bangalore-560037. Instead it was delivered to somebody else whose mobile number is [protected] at different address. When I contacted the concerned Professional courier at Kundalahalli Gate (KHG) Whose DRS Number is DBLR[protected] and Staff Ramkrisnan whose mobile Number is [protected], I was told that they are trying to get back and deliver to me. But so far there is no response. When I contact the person to whom the magazine was delivered and whose mobile number is given, after hearing the matter, he keeps cutting the call. Please see that I get the magazine.
