I have booked a courier on[protected] friday to thiruvallur by professional courier premium and they charged rs.140/- for the same, and when i asked abut the time when it will reach thiruvallur they said it will reach by saturday[protected] so i paid the premium amount for the same till now that is[protected] tuesday 2.15 pm the same has not reached the consignee. What the hell is happening, why this cheating takes place, as mentioned in their bill will they return back the amount collected with penalties for non delivery at stipulated time.
