I got a call regarding a package from Pantheerankave Professional Courier, Kozhikode. They are saying now the company policy is to not deliver to home and customer should pick from their office. I didn't receive any tracking information regarding this package. This is very bad behavior from your team. My home is only at a distance of 2 km. The person calling was talking very rudely. He says if you wan't the package send someone to office quickly or they return it. Why are they not delivering to home. Please take action against this office.

Today I got a call from professional courier Peyad Trivandrum, saying that they will not deliver to my house.If they can't deliver to home then what's the use of this particular delivery service??
When I told her that there are only elder people at home, she was saying that it's none of her business and she can return it back.
The lady was very rude and arrogant .
The name which better suits your courier is unprofessional courier ..not the other way round.
