My courier hasn't been delivered yet. Way No: BLR[protected] As per the logs: May 18 2015 08:25:18 Pune Despatched to Pune -Sanghvi SGV May 18 2015 06:26:30 Abu Road Received at Abu Road May 16 2015 15:34:13 Kamani - Mumbai Despatched to Pune May 15 2015 13:04:59 Nelamangala Despatched to Mumbai - Kurla It has been dispatched to Sangvi branch on 18th. Still it hasn't been delivered. Customer care is also irresponsible.

Updated by priyapraveen It has been dispatched to Sangvi branch on 18th, where I am staying, but I couldn't find the branch at all in our area Sangvi. I called many times to customer care and they didn't respond properly.

It has been 11 days post dispatch to appropriate branch as per the site update. Not sure why it hasn't been delivered to me.

As per the site update: Incharge name is Datta and the numbers are [protected] and [protected]. Whenever I am calling him, he is telling that its a wrong number. Whenever I checked with their customer care they are not reponding properly.
