The Professional Couriers — Not delivering to home address

There has been a consignment for me, that reached the Professional Courier office in Varkala.They have denied delivering it to my home address which is 1km away.I reached out to Kochi regional office and I am being told that in Kerala couriers will not be delivered to home address.They do it only to flats, as it costs them more fuel if they start delivering to home address. What difference is a delivery to flat making, unless every time you have multiple consignments from the same place? I did not find this delivery restriction mentioned anywhere in your website, while I see you have mentioned your service as "we ensure smooth movement of shipments through every nook and corner of the country" . What keeps my home out of this? Why do you even collect the destination address, when you are never going to deliver it.Rather it should be Professional Courier office to office.

Above all, none of the Kochi regional office phone numbers displayed in the website were valid - they were incorrect or either switched off.To raise a concern, I had to call up Chennai office, get an alternate number and call them.The response was extremely unprofessional.I have read multiple complaints like this all over the internet and I understand this complaint will never get the attention it needs.

I will ensure this reaches maximum people and myself will stay away from your "Service".
