The Professional Couriers — Not Providing Door Delivery

Dear Sir,
Courier will not deliver to the delivery address. They said come and collect from the office. It'll happen twice a week. If I ask them delivery to home means they said it's not possible today, delivery on tomorrow only because of not available of delivery boy. So we are not satisfied with the delivery service in our town. When I spoke with her she was insulted lot. I asked her if I could get it from the head office. She said ok and suddenly disconnected the phone. It ill happened again and again in this branch. Do it needful to resolve this problem. Please take remedy action for our problem.
