The Professional Couriers — Office Laptop Damage during Transit pro premium shipment | |||
Have shipped the laptop to my workplace from my home (ranebennur (RNB)branch -581115 one of the worst branch and management -Badarinath pampannayak ) as I had to give it to the IT team. Shipped it on 28/06/2021 from the Professional courier with 3 in total. And used the Professional courier PRO (Premium Service). The local hub suggested that PRO is a premium service and there will be no damage to the package. I have packed the entire laptop properly with thermocol and other cushions required so that the shipping does not cause any damages. (RNB branch-581115 badarinath pampannayak taking more money from customers and not providing good service to customers) But when my office received the laptop, they told me that the laptop has damage that occurred in the shipping. Because I have pre-shipment images with packing and all the details before packing the box. And when my office person spoke to customer care, they mentioned that there was no liability for the laptop. But I have also mentioned the value of the laptop on the invoice. TRACKING NUMBER OR REF NO : PRO11349846 The damaged part of my laptop body which costs me around 7000/- which was caused by the shipment and my carrear has been ruined.
