The Professional Couriers — package content is missing

I'm very disappointed to see that post receipt of package, one content found missing and was checked with the consignor as well and she assured me that package sent with 3 items with weight of 700gm

Very astonished to see that weight mentioned over packet is 670gm, however when i measure it, found as 550gm
