The Professional Couriers — Parcel lost by professional courier

I couriered a parcel from Kattupakkam, Chennai MAS[protected] to my client in Bangalore on 19 sep 2023 .After numerous calls which no one will answer or either they will be busy, managed to raise a complaint that the parcel has not delivered yet it’s been more than 10 days ..After complaint also they didn’t respond or called back regarding the status of the complaint.Today 3.10.23 I called them to enquire about the complaint professional courier manager is saying that they have lost the package .My client has trusted my business and paid me the total amount in advance for the customised product that they ordered ..won’t they complain that my business is fake and I am cheating them if they didn’t receive their parcel even in 15 day’s.Mistake made by professional courier has brought a very bad impression on my business..How will the client trust online business like us..Once couriered the courier person is solely responsible for the parcel ..My products are purely customised I don’t have the time and money to customise another one again..
