The Professional Couriers — Product delivered to wrong location & horrible response from executive | |||||
The level of service by professional couriers is much worse. My friend bought me medicine from USA and he sent it on courier from Madurai to Mumbai. I expected the parcel to by very next day. It's been 5 days. I never got a call. I tracked the consignment online. And I saw the package was delivered to you along with signature acknowledgement. I phoned the professional courier office immediately and one of the executive is telling me so cool that they delivered it to "Hatsun milk company". And he didn't even said any sorry about that. Now I don't know whether I receive my package / not. Since it is an expensive medicine. My friend paid a lot for custom duty and brought it to me here. Now its all gone. Professional courier is worst. Still they didn't provide any clarification. If someone Sending package was with professional couriers means beware they don't care. There are stupid fellows working there and shipping it to wrong address. Now I don't know what is my condition of the package. If my package is tampered and whatever happened.
