The Professional Couriers — Product not delivered due to unservicable location

Hi Team,

I have sent a product through Professional Courier Services dated 21st July 2021. They have informed me that the location to which the product should be delivered in un-servicable. If, I was informed of this in the earlier stage, it would have saved my time and money. But the due negligence of their staff has caused me inconvience.

So, I pray the concern department to take a note of their actions and provide me resolution.
