I have sent a courier from bangalore on oct 13 2016 which should have been reach the destination easily on 5th day. when i track the status on 6th day it showed me that the package was shipped to a my nearest hub (adoni) and after that its mysterious till today. 1. called customer service - they had no idea where it is - i feel pety on the system they have 2. called to adoni hub - they confirmed they never received 3. sent mail to head officer including bangalore professional house - no one was responsive and didn't even provided any status because they do not care. Its been 6 days and no update received from professional courier and 15th was the last status change in ui tracking. Professional courier should understand why customer satisfaction is necessary and provide reliable services to end customers.
