I am submitting this complaint because professional courier staff of puliyangudi, tenkasi district not trying to deliver the goods and not attending the phone always... I sent the parcel on 22nd from chennai and it reached puliyangudi on 25th, they not attempted for delivery. and returned the parcel to origin on 29th.. I received the parcel.. for this consignment, I am paying nearly 100 Rs.. you are not doing it for free then why you are not attending delivery and returning... what a irresponsibility people with your system...
