The Professional Couriers — Rude and Not delivering courier

Professional courier took money
1) but do not deliver to the area saying its not serviceable
2) Do not inform that courier lying in their godawn since 1 week
3) threaten to return it
4) SWITCH OFF MOBILE PHONES and do not answer landline
5) Find fault with customer (who was calling for 30 times in a day) and dodging that it was mistake of the booking city and hence DO NOT call us and neither will we deliver to you.
Professional courier is cheating people's money without providing service. YOU SHOULD NOT TAKE MONEY IF YOU CANNOT DELIVER. there are 10s of courier companies who service my area...every week I get couriers and parcels from other service providers.
