The Professional Couriers — The package was not delivered by the courier person, and they asked me to come and get it everytime

We have been utilizing professional couriers for many years, and we are currently based in Verrapandiprivu, Coimbatore. I've been getting calls from professional courier Veerapandi Pirivu branch asking me to come and pick up a courier that they aren't delivering to my home directly.

I attempted to submit a review in google for that branch, but I notice that it is permanently closed, and I checked official website of professional courier, which also shows the branch is not listed, so why are they calling me and asking come and collect my parcel?

I am filing a consumer complaint since I am not willing to spend time collecting my belongings every month, and because I am paying to professional couriers, they are accountable for delivering my item.

During the call, she gave me terrible treatment. We paid for the package to be delivered, so why are they treating us so poorly?
