The Professional Couriers — Unable to track my courier

I had sent a courier with tracking number PNQ[protected] on 31st August. It's been 9 days the status is still in transit and no one is picking the call in the Head Office or Mumbai contact centers. The register complaint option doesn't work on your website. I was told that the courier will reach in 5-6 days. This is really frustrating.
