The Professional Couriers — Update on not receiving my consignment even after 20 days of dispatch. | |||
Refused to deliver my consignment(BGM[protected] containing my markscard dispatched from VTU Belagavi on 7th of July 2021. On visiting the professional couriers adress, they demanded to pay 100 rupees for receiving my marks card, after refused to pay since the payment is already done though VTU. The consignment which contain my original consolidate statement markscard was damaged, there were folds, wrinkled and torn at the edge of the envelope, and was pinned. I asked them for the damage details but they refused to admit anything. And we're forcing me to sign and accept my consignment. And refused to take any Responsibility for damages on my markscard. Take this as an leagal notice, next approach will be in consumer court. All the expenses will be beared by the professional couriers and even the damage caused by delayed the consignment for 20 days.
