I had travel on Anantapuri Exp 20636 on 13-11-23.My self Sreeja and my sister Yuvashri we both were traveling in the train.
couch and seat number-P1-RC, S12, 23.
one thing I need to highlight is My brother Prem Kumar has booked two ticket one on his name and the other ticket in My name (Sreeja) due to emergency situation he is not able to come with me so myself and my sister Yuvashri had the travel.
we have informed this to the ticket checker and we have showed them all the proof that she needed.
she refused to see those proofs and she is not even in the mind to hear what we are trying to say.
around 11;30 PM she came to our seats and shouted us like we are a offenders, she has not even given response to call and ask us politely she behaved in rude manner like hey you both girls getup getup and one go to unreserve compartment like that she shouted us and went to check others after 12;30 she turned on our seat lights and against she called us both and shouted at us in every loud voice.
she asked us to pay the fine of Rs:695 @ 12:30 she turned on the lights of our seats and till 1:30 she is doing all other works without creating challan for us, she said to us like you both people have to wait I will not let you people sleep I will do all my works here, you just shut and wait for the challan like that she behaved in very very rude manner I'm not even able to explain my situation fully.
Please I need your support to take action on this I don't know her name she is fair in color and I have mentioned the train timings and all those other details, If anything needed let me know.
my issue here is due to emergency situation we had a travel change but I can pay the fine if at all needed but the behavior of this particular ticket checker is not at all acceptable. Was this information helpful? |
