Ticket Checker — Complaint against Ticket Checker

I booked my ticket through e-ticket on 10/5/2014.
Its detail is shown below:-

Fare:385, sc:11.24+pg chgs
Yours railway tc. Check the ticket and said that the amount of this ticket is not deposited to our railway .Then he charge rs.1000/- and not given any proof of payment. We want chalan slip of this amount .But he ignore them.So plz tell how can i punish the croupt railway servent . If you have any answer or any way.So help a indian normal person.
