Ticket Checker — complaining about charging money on reserved ticket

Respected sir,
The incident happened on 13th october 2017 at 9:37 p. M.. Ravinder singh, ticket tester, train no. 12983 (Garibrath express) jaipur to karnal. Consumer ticket no. 42276149, dated 23-09-17 from karnal station. Message received for conformation of seat on same day at 4:00 p. M., seat no. G1-38 chart prepared.
Instead of all these details and conformation of the ticket, mr. Singh refused to see the id of the consumer as well as chart of the ticket in railway department. He shout's on the consumer regarding ticket, created a scene in front of all passengers and forced her to pay on reserved ticket. Mentally harassed the consumer. It's a humble request to take action against this ticket checker and claim my money back which is rs 550.
