I had travel on Anantapuri Exp 20636 on 13-11-23.My self Sreeja and my sister Yuvashri we both were traveling in the train.
couch and seat number-P1-RC, S12, 23.
one thing I need to highlight is My brother Prem Kumar has booked two ticket one on his name and the other ticket in My name (Sreeja) due to emergency situation he is not able to come with me so myself and my sister Yuvashri had the travel.

The incident happened on 13th october 2017 at 9:37 p. M.. Ravinder singh, ticket tester, train no. 12983 (Garibrath express) jaipur to karnal. Consumer ticket no. 42276149, dated 23-09-17 from karnal station. Message received for conformation of seat on same day at 4:00 p. M., seat no. G1-38 chart prepared.
Instead of all these details and conformation of the ticket, mr. Singh refused to see the id of the consumer...

I booked my ticket through e-ticket on 10/5/2014.
