IPL tickets (got only three tickets in place of six)

Dear Sir

I had purchased IPL 2010 Final tickets to be held at DY Patil Stadium on 25th April. I ordered 6 tickets of value 700 Rs each and selected deleivery by courier as option. It costed me Rs 4260. I got a courier from blue dart but it contained only 3 tickets instead of 6 tickets that i booked. I tried contacting ticketgenie but their customer care is pathetic. They never pick up call. I have read several more complaints...

Charged for failed transactions of IPL tickets

On 6th april's morning I tried to book 6 tickets ( 800 each) for the 3rd place match at DY patil Stadium Mumbai on 24th April via my Citibank credit card.
I selected the print at home option, however both the times I didn't get a confirmation on these tickets. After entering my credit card details the server error was shown.
Thinking the transaction got canceled I booked the tickets again, however the transaction...

No reply, no communication, call center number not reachable

Sir,

I wanted to cancel my tickets for RCB vs Mum match in bangalore on april 17th, regarding which I had mailed them yesterday. But have received no response from ticket genie. No mentioned on their website are not working(some are always busy, and call center they are not picking up). Also[protected] is ringing with no response.

Please take this up with them, we are tired of calling up them again and again...

Not received IPL tickets for match on 10th april

I had booked 11 tickets(6+5) for RCB vs KKR match on april 10th through ticketgenie.in
My transaction was successful and i also got the ticket number as confrirmation. They told they will dispatch the tickets through blue dart courier atleast before 3days of match. It is already 8th . I need my tickets soon ....

Online Ticket Booking

The fradulent was done by - Ticketgenie India Pvt. Ltd., 215 Bellary Road, Palace Orchards,Bangalore - 560080.
IPL tickets booked online using debit card payment on 02/03/10 for the match of 17/03/10 at Eden, Kolkata. But they did not deliver the tickets though at the time of booking it was told that through Blue Dart,atleast three days prior of the match, the tickets will be delivered. The amount forfeighted is Rs. 3600 for 3 tickets....

Money not refunded

I have try to bought IPL ticket 4 times from http://www.ticketgenie.in . Money has been deducted for all the 4 attempts, but I could not get the ticket as it is showing server busy massage. I try to contact tem by phone and email repeatedly. I have not got any response from them. Please help....

Didn't develivered the tickets booked through online

I've booked my 3 IPL tickets for Rs. 1100 each on March 6th for the match on March 23rd in Bangalore. I've choose courier for the delivery of the tickets. I got message on my mobile for ticket booking confirmation but still i've not received the tickets. I've sent mail to [protected]@ticketgenie.in on Marc 12th regarding the delivery status no reply for that too. Today i sent a mail again, just 5 days left for the game....

money lost and no tickets

I tried to book 2 tickets worth Rs.1100 each for Bangalore - Chennai match on march 23, 2010. I went to ticketgenie.in and made my selection and eventually completed my online credit card authorization for the cost of the tickets and after payment, the website did no take me back to ticketgenie.in for my ticket confirmation. i have booked 7 tickets for the ipl match which is on 25th march 2010 between chennai super kings vs mumbai indians. My transaction order no. is 39631 and 39462. i have booked my tickets through net banking. but i have not received my tickets at my mailing address. so i want my tickets at home as i have paid charges for courier....

IPL Tickets were never delivered.Match dates have gone by.

Hi

We had booked 3 tickets each for 2 matches - 12th March and 13th March in Mumbai.

After constant followup with the ticketgenie guys, the 12th March tickets were delivered on 10th March.(Please note that the Ticketgenie Helpline given is only accessible through a Reliance phone and if called from any other service provider, the call drops and does not get through!).

We never got the 13th March...

IPL Tickets not received

I had booked 4 tickets of DLF IPL on 4th Mar'10. The transaction confirmation no is 11233 - the ticket nos are 32524, 32525, 32526, 32527. I also paid courier charges for the tickets to be delivered to my home.

Althought the match is scheduled for tomorrow (16th Mar'10) I have not yet received the tickets and like many of the other people whose grievances are listed here, multiple phone calls and mails have yielded...

IPL tickets not delivered

I've booked three tickets for IPLT20 match at Delhi scheduled for 19th March. Tickets were booked on 05th March with option to receive by courier.

Sir,
I had placed order for DLF IPL tickets for the CSK vs Punjab match in Chennai on the 21st of March. I booked the tickets online a week back. Non reciept of Ticket after online payment

On 10.03.2010 I booked two ticket (2x Rs. 1200=Rs. 2400) for the match between KKR & KINGS XI Punjab on 4th,April,2010 at Eden Garden.But After making online payment I didn't get any confirmation mail or any page to print.One error message came like

booking tickets not received

sir,

this is to bring to your kind notice that we had placed order for 3 DLF IPL tickets worth Rs 3500/each
for the upcoming match on 13 th march ,10 at mohali. the order was placed online on 16/02 for 2 tickets and 23/02 for additional one ticket. the mode of payment was through ICICI debit card.
