I had taken Tickona Wi-Bro connection and [protected] was my id and since there was slow speed issues and also time to time non working of the connection I had requested for TERMINATION and also made the payment for the same and also I got the confirmation mail for the Termination of connection on Mon - Sept 8 2014. The service technician Abdul had come to my flat and had removed all the connections that was set up for the Tickona Wi-Bro connection. There were automated calls coming from Tickona for payment due and I thought that since it was automated the company did not update it properly. Suddenly today that is[protected] I received a call from Mr. Sandeep Sinha stating that there was a case to be filled in the Delhi High court for the Company of Tickona. He said he was from Chamber B136 2nd Floor of the Delhi Sessions court. I was not sure of this and he had spoken to my family also same things and that i had to make the payment in order to avoid Court case in Delhi, since if the case was put up then i need to go to Delhi for the case and also pay the fine of nearly 30, 000/- rupees. Being a respected family my, they had paid the amount online and also had spoken to him with the transaction number that he had wanted. i had also made an email to the appellate requesting to check on this, i am highly frustrated on Tickona and thought if i could complain in the consumer forum i could get a proper response.
