[Resolved] Tikona — Bad service fake promise of if network is not satisfactory amount will be refunded | |||||
I have installed tikona service on 15 aug 2016 the person who installed the internet facillity promised that amt of 1380 is refundable if we cant use it properly n for three month no amount will be charged my user id -[protected] of tikona service i have started facing problem with the internet since 2nd day onwards my 1st complain was on 17th sep 2016 at 7.19 am refrnce no of my complain 1-[protected] next complain on 19 aug 2016 7:15 am ref no1-[protected] after that for few day i dint use my net again on 26 aug 2016 my net dint work ref no 1-[protected] again on 27aug 2016 same problem faced problem was not solved i stop using i got the issue reply on 2 sep i got ref no-1-[protected] i totally stop using the internet and sent a mail on 2nd sep to stop my service as i am feed up of bad service on email id [protected]@tikona.in and dint got any respond on 12 sep 2016 got a msg from tikona of not using the internet and after few day tikona representative turn up asking that they got a complain of disconnetion and when we told them that we dont need there service anymore and refund our amount, they told us to send another mail to the company asking them to refund the amount after deducting the amount for the internet have been used i did as i was told on 21sep 2016 then on 30 sep i got a bill from tikona and when i call tikona customer care regarding the bill n the amount to be refunded the person clearly told me that they dont refund the amount and his executive has made fake promise of refundable amount Was this information helpful? | |||||
