[Resolved] Tikona — Bandwidth issue - low speed connection | |||||
I have recently taken Tikona 4MBPS 50 GB Plan(User ID:[protected]) Its been a pain since second day as the speed of the internet is too slow. They say Its 4mbps, but I never seen speed crossing 2mbps in speed test. I am getting only 100 t0 300 kbps all the time. Called customer care multiple times(10 approx). They said issue will be fixed soon or in 8 hours.(The executives give some random number that comes to their mind) But nothing has been done till date. It is so irritating. I have recently gone sick so i thought I could work from home. But because of this stupid internet connection, I had to go to office to work. Please kindly help in resolving the issue.
