I raised a request for disconnection in December. I received mail that my rental plan will be stopped from 7th Jan and I will be getting 10 GB free data after that, I will be charged 2 paise per MB. I have paid bills for 7th Dec to 6th Jan.
I am not using wifi after 6th Jan only. Still, my bill is generated for Rs 209.16. Tikona staff call and ask to pay. They say to take the plan then we will waive off. If my data usage is 0, then why my bill is generated? I have downloaded my data usage and no usage is after 7th Jan. Then also, getting emails and call for paying. After confirmation, Tikona staff says that as I have 0 usage my bill will be waived off, but no action has been taken till now.
Please disconnect the connection on an immediate basis and update my bill to 0. Then, ask your engineer to collect wire, etc. Tikona Employees call 3-4 times asking to take a connection. I don't want to continue also, they are charging unnecessarily without wifi usage
