Tikona — Billing in spite of asking for cancellation | |||||
Hi, My user ID - [protected] city - chennai name - Lalitha I had applied for a Tikona connection in February 2015, I had paid 3 months advance payment as well. The internet barely worked for few days and then even after multiple followups no one rectified it; I then wrote an email for cancellation and refund; still no response; I then ignored it and decided to go for an alternative connection; Now after the 3 months period; they continuously call me to make payments; even though the connection is not active and no body uses the connection; Today an advocate calls me and threatens me to appear in a civil case in delhi. This is going beyond limits; I'm going to raise a consumer court case afains tikona for harrasing me; I have all the proofs where I had requested for cancellation and refund from Tikona Was this information helpful? | |||||
