Tikona — Billing on disconnected connection | |||||
I was using Tikona connection : [protected] I raised a request to terminate the services on which i received a response of Full and Final settlement with no(zero) dues on 18th April with a condition that the device should be returned to Tikona. I have received a update later on (on 20th April after successful return of device) that you have received the device. This explains that I have no dues. Now I am receiving emails (from tikona.in domain name) and calls from random people claiming that they are advocates and saying they are taking to court. One advocate threatened me that this can be reported to CIBIL. Tikona please sort this out, it is a ledger issue and also dont destroy reputation of the company by letting these guys represent you.
