Disconnection of tikona service I am very much frustrated due to tikona customer care. I am moved to usa and before moving i had requested tikona several times on call as well as email. Email chain started on 29th may 2016 and after that i called from india as well as usa. Asking them for disconnection from 30th may.Instead of disconnection they keep sending me bill with penalty. I am regular advance bill payer. I won't pay bill after 30th may and i don't want any call back from tikona and won't recommend tikona to anyone else. Just send me prorata basis bill from 15-30th may (15 days) i will pay it and then disconnect it. I am requesting since last one month. If they don't disconnect then will take them to consumer court. Tikona does this purposely to charge high penalties. Heard about this tikona tricks from many people but never thought i will also go through it. I want immediate disconnection. I had called tikona service center again on 28th june and spoken to senior executive 'Prachi' from disconnection team. She assured that it will be disvonnected immediately on same day. It's been 2 days and still it's not done. What the hell is going on??? I want immediate disconnection. Is this your strategy to charge more from customer?
