Tikona Broadband Connection — No device no connection there after forcing me for payments

Dear sir / madam
i had made a complaint against tikona broadband but still there is no responce.
i dont have any tikona device not connection but they are forcing me to make a payment. i m not reach person, i working for small salary basis. please any one can help me to out of this problam. from past three month i facing this problem..
sir every day i receiving sms from tikona service mentioning outstandig amount.

Tikona — Obsense call to pay bill

We r getting obsese call from [protected] to pay 1500 immediately. We disconnected the service and have no balance left. He is threatening to be lawyer in Delhi and asking to pay bill else will file a complaint

Tikona — not give a 100 % fequency Actual Fqeuency 50%

In the Mota varachha Surat Tikona have not provide a good signal and frequency

Tikona — Internet not working from last 5 days

Net is not working from last 5 days and issue is taking granted and not taking seriously for my compaints.i continuosly follow up with customer care of tikona but no is responding...very poor experince.

Tikona — On Primary data plan not giving sufficient speed

[protected] have plan of 2mb/ps but giving less then 1mb/ps and ping is very high more then 50ms plz..help..!

Tikona — Connection shifting request

User id [protected] need to shift new location. I had submitted shifting request but no call or no response from tikona Pune executive,

I personally telling you don't believe this Tikona service because they take care only when we are new users. After few months it's very poor services.

Specially there payments and collection departments. Don't believe anyone for payment and device returning, just walking there office for any clarification.

I already sended so many e-mail to [protected]@tikona.in, j.[protected]@tikona.in, [protected]@tikona.in etc. etc...
I also receving auto reply mails only non other than outstanding balance and every month you have rasing rs. 100/- and sending every bill on correct time.
there is no any call or massages with right solution
