Tikona — Broadband connectivity issue | |||||
My name is Gourav Acharya my mobile number is [protected].. I took tikona connection on 11 september pkan worth 750rs per month with 4 mbps Speed.. from day one ownwards I am facing technical issues.. so for within 20 days I have called customer care 10 times bu. They are unable to resolve my propblem.. and has refused to answer the time rquired to fix.. they took advance for 3 months and now no services as per agreement.They have agreed that it is there propblem that they are not able to provide.. I want ma connectivity or refund my advance.. please help me ma tikona id is [protected] .. Last time I registered ma complaint on customer care on 25 which was assured to be solved in 24 hours..but still they cant solve plz help me out sir I am just attaching snapshot of their replies after whichq they did not solve ma propblem Was this information helpful? | |||||

e required is not mentioned.. evrytime you give me 24 hours time limit and fail to do anything.. my complaint number 1-[protected] remains unresolved... Sir u have taken advance money for 3 months !! What i[censored] adress it after 3 months.. rediculous and irresponsible reply.. give me the time frame or refund my money for number of days you are unable to resolve as it is not my propblem but companys fault..

Technical complain number done on 14 september 1-[protected].
status - not resoved till today,
same complain again done on 25 th of september - complain number 1-[protected].
Current status.. it was closed without soving and new complain was again registered on 27 september with complain number 1-[protected].. They promised evry time time 24 hours required to resolve..
current status un resolved problem.. Now again they are saying we are working on it.. u people work but not solve.. you take money in advance and cheat them .. Give me the time limit with assurance to resolve my problem sir..
