[Resolved] Tikona — Broadband service | |||
Dear officer, I'm very upset and irritated with your new customer care number format as i am not able to speak with your representative. I'm not able to connect with internet since morning and having a lot of issues and facing embarrassment from my clients for not responding them in time and its all because of tikona service. I tried reaching many times but in vain. i got an sms saying my query will be answered and resolved in 2 hours but i didn't get any response for almost 5 hours. later in the evening someone from your service team called up and said he'll come a little late in the evening due to delay at a customer's place. i got a call from him 5 minutes back saying he'll not attend my issue today and it'll be addressed tomorrow. what irritates me the most is your unprofessional behavior to serve me in time. you representative was utmost arrogant as if he was doing a favor to me by talking to me. I just do not want tikona service anymore. for bill payments you harass me every month by sending messages and calling several times a week before due date and when it comes to provide service, i always face problems with tikona. Please refund my security deposit at the earliest and take away your device. I'll find some other professional service provider.
