Tikona Broadband Service — No internet service for fresh connection - very rude & worst response from sr. Executive - vijay

I have taken a new Internet Broadband connection on 22-May-2016, Plan Unlimited 80GB and paid 3 month monthly rental as Rs.3900 on the same day via online.

Yesterday and today no internet service and very very worst and rude response from their Senior Technical Executive - Vijay and he is reporting to Mr. G.Nayer - Management Head, Mumbai.

He said, they won't refund the paid amount and won't provide any further information regarding the same.

My issue not yet resolved till today from Tikona side.
Then how my complaint status shows resolved, please clarify.

I request you to close my connection and reimburse my paid advance payment immediately.
Tikona user ID already mentioned in payment receipt. (i.e. [protected]). It show how sincere Tikona peoples reading customer complaints.

I need no excuse. Shut down Tikona internet service and refund my advance.
Status us on today,

[protected] Executive - Dheeraj - Emp ID: 4063 - Forward call to Sr.Executive - Subodh - I explained to diconnect my internet connection and refund balance paid amount immediately - Purposefully disconnected my call.

[protected] Sr. Executive - Sandeep - I strictly told to disconnect my internet connection and refund balance paid amount immediately - Denied to do the same.

[protected] Executive - Pavan - EMP ID: 4313 - Forward call to Sr. Executive - Vinit - Emp ID: 4521 - Generated request to disconnect my internet connection Ref.No.[protected] & replied that as per policy no refund.

COULD YOU TELL ME YOU ARE PURPOSFULLY CHEATING CUSTOMER LIKE ANYTHING.
COLLECTING 3 MONTH PAYMENT AS ADVANCE AND NOR PROVIDING INTERNET CONNECTION AFTER NUMEROUS FOLLOW UP FROM 22-MAY-2016 TO 3-JUNE-2016 (ALMOST 11 DAYS) THEN SIMPLY REPLYING THAT NO REFUND.


I WANT TO WRITTEN RESPONSE ON THE SAME IMMEDIATELY OR ELSE I WILL PROCEED TO FILE FIR AND FURTHER ACTION VIA CONSUMER COURT AND WILL SUBMIT ALL RECORDED TELEPHONIC CONVERSATION AS EVIDENCE.
