Tikona Broadband Services — Connectivity Issue | |||
hi I have taken this broadband connection 20 days before but till now i didnt get the internet connectivity even for a minute, i have been calling customer care but everytime these representative say we will resolved in 24 hours . I have paid the money on the first day itself, but till now nothing . tikona has a very very poor connectivity, customer service . hello everyone,
i guess all of you must have got an idea ..how TIKONA services are . I suggest plzzz dont opt for it . Now i have given Rs. 3400 at the time of installation which includes 3 month rental and device cost, yesterday these people call and they are refunding only Rs. 400. they have given me a reason that you only want to terminate it . So, when i m not getting the service, what should i do, not even a single second i got the internet connectivity.
Team Tikona : This is a final written warning to you, if you wont give me satisfactory response . I wont bother to spend 10000, but i will promote this issue every where e.g facebook, Consumer Court, Judicial Court .
