Tikona — Cancellation request not being processed | |||||
I have logged cancellation request somewhere in December 2015 and was told that it will be processed within 15 days. Till date, my connection is active and Tikona send payment notifications every now and then. My Tikona broadband connection id# is [protected] After getting service, I came to know that they don't have network in my area. First few weeks were went troubleshooting and trying to make it work. After a month or so, I realized that it's not going to work (no connectivity) and asked closure. I was promised that it will be processed in 15 days. I would like my services cancelled effective immediately and closure of any billed amount because the service is not in use for the past few months Was this information helpful? | |||||
