Tikona — Charging even after disconnecting service and no internet provided | |||||
I had called Tikona service so manyyy times when my internet was not working but every time they said withingn 48 hours someone will come and correct it. For 20 days this went on and on but no one came. But I still paid the bill. Finally I decided to get rid of Tikona service. I called the service center and told them to disconnect and I specified them to disconnect it ASAP and I wont be paying from next cycle if no one came and disconnected as I was not getting the internet service. No one came to disconnect even after 5 days . Then again I called them andd told that please send somone and disconnect I wont be paying from next cycle. The customer representative assured me I wont be charged and they will disconnect. I complaint 3 times to disconnect. Then after 2 months someone came and took all the setup. And then they started sending be billing as email(not even post) I hav not checked my emails on for months. Now they are sending 100 rs penalty each month for not paying the bill. Still I paid the bill hoping that I would get rid of this tension. But again they are sending bills each cycle 100s penalty. I am fed up of calling they and emailing them regarding the same but no one has replied or attended calls. I have called more than 100 times in 4 days and emailed 3 times but no one reponded. I have to get rid of this service, . I am regretting why I even opted for it. Please help me. They should learn a lesson of cheating people. Was this information helpful? | |||||
