[Resolved] Tikona — Charging for Internet services which i have not used at all | |||||
I have not used Tikona broad band since i have moved to Banglalore. I had tried to transfer my connection from Pune to Bangalore but when TIKONA representatives visited my house, they declared that there is no network or connection feasibility at my area. Hence after waiting for 2 long months, i have sent mail to TIKONA and they have acknowledged the same, hence i have refused to take their connection. My last usage of TIKONA was during month of march and i have cleared all the payments for my usage. I have sent so mails before to discontinue my connection after Tikona representatives has regretted for connections in my area. They have informed that there is no network in my location in Bangalore. My payment has always been prompt every month and you can verify all my historical payment records for the same. Today i am saddened that TIKONA has sent me the legal notice inspite of so many calls and email communications that have happened and its very clear that the mistake has happened from TIKONA . I request you to please recheck all the records and my old email correspondence for better understanding. I have attached all email correspondence for your perusal. I request some body to help me out on this that this kind of harassment should not happen to customers. I want them to immediately acknowledge that due to their technical failure that no connection was established hence i am not responsible for the same. They must immediately cancel all my bills and acknowledge that i need not pay any money for the same. I also would like to claim compensation for the mental harassment they had put me for 4 months continuously by sending payment reminders. Regards.
