[Resolved] Tikona — Charging Wrong Bill | |||
Hi, On 25th Jan 2017, I raised a request (1-[protected]) to update my from next bill cycle i.e., from 26th Jan 2017. They changed my plan but after that also they are charging me based on old plan i.e., Rs. 1207.50. As per my updated plan, my billing amount should be Rs. 632.50. When I called him they are saying to pay me a bill of Rs. 707.50 and saying that rest amount will be adjusted in next billing cycle. When I asked them to provide me the updated bill then they are saying that we cannot provide now (Request Id: 1-[protected]). It will be available by next month only.
