[Resolved] Tikona — Cheating customer support | |||||
I'm using the Tikona network for past three months, from last week Internet was not working and I have customer care they've messaged me automatically resolved but still facing the issue. im so worried because for paying the bill they've called me but for technical support call waiting for more than 15 mins. Is there any way to disconnect from Tikona service ? I'm totally dissatisfied with this network and I'm not going to refer to any of my corporate friends. Message from customer support:: Dear Customer, your reference no 1-[protected], please keep your adaptor/Wifi Router powered ON for better diagnosis. You will receive an update in next 2 hrs.
