[Resolved] Tikona — Company is not refunding remaining amount | |||
Hello, I was having 3 months Tikona plan, so last month I paid for 3 months in advance. After paying full amount for 3 months, I converted plan to monthly. Now I am willing to close the connection as I am moving at different location. Same I convey to Tikona Call Center, and what i got to know is money for remaining 2 months will not going to refund.This is as per their policy on site. Do you thing this is correct policy? Look like Tikona never considered about customer while creating such a pathetic policy. "I think consumer court should take strict action against Tikona for such anti customer policy".
