[Resolved]  Tikona — Company is not refunding remaining amount

Hello, I was having 3 months Tikona plan, so last month I paid for 3 months in advance. After paying full amount for 3 months, I converted plan to monthly. Now I am willing to close the connection as I am moving at different location. Same I convey to Tikona Call Center, and what i got to know is money for remaining 2 months will not going to refund.This is as per their policy on site. Do you thing this is correct policy? Look like Tikona never considered about customer while creating such a pathetic policy. "I think consumer court should take strict action against Tikona for such anti customer policy". Is there any way to get my money back. Please guide me for the same. User id: [protected]
