[Resolved] Tikona — Connection close and incorrect bill | |||||
Hi Sir, My name is Sudeepta Majhee was using Tikona internet service with User ID: [protected]. On 17th July 2015 I requested for connection close with request id 1-[protected]. I cleared all bill amount till 14th July 2015 (as my billing cycle was 15th-14th) and I was expecting a bill for the duration of 15th July 2015-29th Jul 2015. Because my last access of internet was 29th July 2015 and it was communicated by tikona customer care executives that I 'll get the bill till my last access date. Now I got a mail for final bill as Rs 991.00 till 23rd Aug 2015 and every month they are adding Rs 100.00 fine in bill. I have mailed them 10 times and called 20 times to tikona customer care call number[protected]. The IVR system is saying we 'll call back within 48 hrs, but no one is calling me back. Now have started threatening call from [protected] number. I have also returned their rooftop device, modem, adapter and cable. And send them the receipt given by the person sent by Tikona. The work order for this is 6487072. Note: Also mailed their Appellate Authority 2-3 times, but still i am not getting any solution for this. Was this information helpful? | |||||

My name is vinod kumar. I was using Tikona internet service with User ID: [protected]. On 15th May 2015 I requested for connection close, i have sent mail to [protected]@tikona.in and got call from them and told them to disconnect. even after one month they have not disconnected so i sent mail again on 29th June and told them to disconnect(i have mail proof for all these).but still they didnt disconnect and i got a mail for final bill as Rs 1116.00 till 06rd Aug 2015 .i called many times to tikona customer care call number[protected]. The IVR system is saying we 'll call back within 48 hrs, but no one is calling me back.you can even check when i lost used internet(plz check with my USER ID when i have last consumed data). now i am getting call from [protected] that they are going to file a case.
