[Resolved]  Tikona — Connection issue since last 2 months

Dear PRAKASH BAJPAI(MD & CEO)/ Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, with due respect i ANSHUMAN SWAIN ([protected]) a residence of Bangalore want to inform that i have taken a connection in the month of august and since the day i took connection within 2-4hrs after engineer installed the modem the connection went off and has not been resolved yet. i have registered several complains regarding the issue.but eventually it went bad.and after 2 months today i again made a call to CS and like normally before they tried resolving the issue.and again it was unsuccessful. the given below are all my complain numbers registered: 1-[protected] spoke with PRAMOD 1-[protected] spoke with VAIBHAV and ADIL (escalation team) 1-[protected] spoke with TANVEE and SAMEER (escalation team) 1-[protected] spoke with tanvee and sameer( escalation team) 1-[protected] 1-[protected] spoke with Sandeep but informed i will get a call back but NO RESPONSE 1-[protected] spoke to SATYAM 1-[protected] spoke to ROHIT 1-[protected] 1-[protected] spoke to NIMESH so these are all the complains registered and NO ACTION taken yet Hence, i request you to please have a look on the issue and further i DON'T NEED the connection.so do request your engineer to visit my residence and take back the connection and return me the amount which i payed during installation Now, i want to inform Mr. PRIME MINISTER OF INDIA and Ministry of Communications and Information Technology that crating a havoc of DIGITAL INDIA is not acceptable as fraud companies like this can't see INDIA growing. So, being an engineer and citizen of INDIA i would request you to kindly have a brief on the companies who can't even deliver their fake promises and take action as required.
