Tikona — Customer care is not responding well, pathetic service

I am using tikona internet, everytime i am facing regrading network or adaptor problem, or speed issue. But the way tikona treats their customer is very very awful.This time I am facing some technical issue, for that engineer is assigned by them. As per stated by them issue should be resolved within 24 hours, but now its more than 2 days no engineer came to fix the issue. And they are not resonding my call, they put their call in busy mode.
