Tikona — Deactivation / disconnection of my broadband - [protected] | |||||
I have requested for tikona broadband dis connection on 29-feb-2016. But still tikona has not dont the same. They have stopped only the rental service and not ready to deactivate or disconnect the service. Even after several communciation to the call center no updates. . Since i'm moving from the current location / building primesis, requested them to deactivated and they are ready to deactivate. I'm not interested in using the tikona service any more.
