[Resolved] Tikona Digital Networks Pvt. Ltd. — Incorrect Billing | |||
Dear Sir, I have Tikona Broadband Connection vide service No.[protected] at Plot No.183, Hi-Rise Meadows, Mallampet, Bachupally, Hyderabad - 500 090. I was not happy with the quality of the service and requested to close the connection by mail on 15th June 2015. They called several times and forced me to continue with the connection. They sent me bill dated 15th Jul 2015 for the period 15th Jul 2015 to 14th August 2015. They are asking me to pay for the period I didn't avail their services. I paid extra money for the period 16th Jun 2015 to 30th Jun 2015. Please take necessary action to ensure that the amount billed during 16th Jul 2015 15th Aug 2015 is reversed.
