Tikona — Disconnecting for every 5 mins and speed

Tikone broadband service is just a fraud, taken money for 3 months service in advance My internet disconnects for each 5 mins as some program written and according to my tariff i should get 4 MBPS, but i never seen getting more than 2 MBPS. When i call the customer care people say they lodged a complaint and in 2 hrs themself close the complaint and send me a text issue resoved without taking any feed back from the user. I'm totall fed up with the service, i would like to place a complaint in consumer court as well
