[Resolved] Tikona — Disconnection | |||
I have raised disconnection request but it is not accepted by them. No one replying for my mail. When i ask transfer call to disconnection team, customer care people telling me that call can't be transferred and send mail them. If we send mail means no response. Why disconnection team hiding themselves from customers? Why only one way communication with disconnection team? Their ivr number also don't have any option for disconnection. I request everyone to send mail to trai and it ministry and ask them to start investigate on tikona. I highly suspect that they are doing illegal activity under tikona name. Please send your experience with tikona to the below mail ids.
