[Resolved] Tikona — Disconnection of Internet connection | |||
Disconnection of Internet connection: [protected] I have raised multiple requests to Tikona. I called tikona 3 times and chatted with Tikona chat support. I also sent 3 emails to stop internet connection. However, they want to know reason for disconnection and want to upgrade my plans. Upgrade plans is the worst in Tikona. I have already opted for another service provider and still Tikona wants me to continue with dual Internet connection. Is this fair? They are giving me a offer of putting my account on hold for one year for rs.1000. Is this a kind of service expected? I want some one to come immediately and remove the Internet connection. I am not going to pay a single rupee as I had already paid for installation and rental charges. Immediately, respond to the emails which have been sent Was this information helpful? | |||
