Tikona — Disconnection of my internet services

I am using the tikona service now I want to disconnect the service but it is not going to done by Tikona.
Reasons for disconnection :-
Poor service response
Poor network service.
Playing political game with customer.
only promises not any kind of action.
Many times I had requested to tikona to close the internet service but these team is sending service person to resolve the technical problem. Nobody is hearing to close the connection.

How I have to deal with Tikona team ? before getting new bill on my address.

Tikona — Monthly Bill problem

Mere bill ko abhi tak sahi nahi kiya gya.

Tikona — Disconnect of network

I am completely vexed with your Tikona services. Every week I am getting login page problem. Pl inform the procedure to disconnect your Tikona services. Ramaraju ID [protected]

Tikona — Speed is horribely less

Speed is less al time. We can not browse even.

Tikona — They are not giving any solution for bad internet service but generate the bill of every month.

They are send internet bill of everymonth while not giving the any solution for the bad internet service.

Tikona — Not getting Disconnection

I asked for disconnection to tikona and it's been 30 days since then. I haven't got the disconnection or any call back regarding that. Whenever I call their cutomer care they repeat the same thing that you'll reeceive a callback.

Tikona — Harrassment - over billing

Even after full and final closure and paying the remaining amount, they are harrassing me continuously with their so called lawyer sandip patil from delhi.

Tikona — Worst service

Worst service or no service at all. Don't take this ISP with mistake also. My customer id [protected]. Please resolve my Internet issue.

Tikona — Network is not a working

Connection is not working - Prepaid Customer

Sir, My TIKONA internet connection is not working since last 7 days. Registered complain several times but didn't get any reply. An Engineer is supposed to visit, but not visiting since last three days.
Kindly terminate my internet connection. My experience with you : Your Internet Service is poor and your Customer care service is worst, and hence you have failed as a (Internet)service provider.

Kindly terminate it as soon as possible, I want to get rid off it.
